The firm advises on testamentary matters and for the purposes of drafting holographic wills.  It is also able to follow the client from the moment the succession is opened up to the conclusion of the entire procedure, taking care of the preparation of all the inherent and consequent deeds (declaration of succession, declaration of acceptance of the inheritance, also with the benefit of inventory, declaration of renunciation of inheritance). In the judicial field, the Firm assists the Client in appealing a will, reduction for damage to legitimate shares, inheritance division and, in general, in inheritance disputes.
