The Firm assists its clients in all phases of the accounting process: from the organization of the optimal information system, to consultancy on the criteria for evaluating and accounting for administrative facts according to civil and fiscal legislation.

This activity is carried out until the preparation of the financial statements and consolidated financial statements, both for the companies that prepare the financial statements according to the National Accounting Standards (ITA GAAP) and for the companies that adopt the international accounting standards (IAS / IFRS).

Through its experts, the Firm, by way of example, carries out the following activities:

• Keeping of ordinary, simplified accounting and special regimes and technical support to small and medium-sized enterprises for the solution of accounting, administrative and organizational problems;

• Assistance in the preparation of financial statements; assistance in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and extraordinary balance sheets;

• Assistance on the matter  accountant  and administrative at the customer in relation  to  specific start-up problems, budgeting programs and periodic reporting;

• Review of administrative and accounting procedures with adjustment of the chart of accounts; financial planning and assistance in preparing the financial statement;
